We are a non-profit organization founded by Divyesh Yeluri with the goal of giving back to our communities and making a positive impact in the world. Over the years, we have been fortunate enough to be able to contribute to a number of charitable initiatives, including:
-
The Towelight Foundation was the product sponsor for an Eye Camp conducted by Ramesh Hospitals and the MLA of Parchur constituency. The camp provided free eye exams and treatment for 1000 people in need. Towelight provided the textile needs of this eye camp (bedsheets, towels and isolation gowns). This was an important opportunity for us to help those who might not otherwise have access to proper eye care.
-
We understand the importance of access to basic necessities, and we wanted to do our part to help out a rural hospital that was in need of towels and part of the Eye Camp. We were able to donate more than 100 towels, which will be used to help patients stay comfortable and clean during their stay at the hospital.
-
Distribution of masks and groceries during the pandemic: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognized the importance of providing essential supplies to those in need. We worked with local organizations to distribute masks and groceries to those who might not have been able to obtain them otherwise.
